This Terms of Service (the "Terms") sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of Arc & Sphere’s website located at www.arcnsphere.com, and any other feature, content or application offered by us from time to time in connection with our website (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to accept and be bound by the following Terms.

Services

Our Site provides you with access to a wide range of virtual design services including but not limited to virtual staging and renovation services, 3D rendering and 3D modeling, AR/VR experience, floor plan and photo editing. We may choose to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time without notice.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account as well as for keeping your password secure. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or password. You assume full responsibility for monitoring changes to content on the Site made under your account; ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times; keeping your contact information up-to-date; adhering to all applicable laws and regulations; and paying fees related to our service.

Prohibited Uses

You are not allowed to use our Services: (a) in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (b) for any purpose other than those expressly permitted by these Terms; (c) in a way that violates anyone else's rights; (d) in connection with promoting hate speech, violence, discrimination or illegal activities; or (e) for spamming or sending unsolicited messages.

Ownership

The Site is owned and operated by Arc & Sphere. All right, title and interest in the Site belong exclusively to us. Any feedback or suggestions you provide with respect to the Site will become our property upon submission.

Indemnification

You agree indemnify us against loss resulting from claims brought against us based on your violation(s) of these Terms even if such violation was unintended or accidental. You also agree that we shall have no liability whatsoever for actions taken against you due to your improper use of the Site in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation Of Liability

We make no representations about accuracy, reliability, completeness, quality or timeliness of our services and we disclaim all liabilities arising from reliance on such information provided through our service offerings. We do not guarantee that errors can be corrected as they arise nor that our services will be uninterrupted or error free at all times so please bear this in mind while using them. In no event shall we be liable for special damages beyond those set forth herein specifically associated with interruption of services caused by factors including but not limited to computer malfunctions/failures, network connectivity problems etc.

Revisions

We understand that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance so if you wish to make changes to any of your received preview products you can do so as we offer 3 FREE revisions on all services. We will review the request and take appropriate actions in accordance with these Terms.

Refunds

We offer refunds based on the level of service provided and upon mutual agreement of both parties. For our Virtual Staging & Renovation services and Photo Editing services, we aim to provide a policy that balances flexibility for our clients with the operational requirements of our services:

Cancellation and Full Refund Within 12 Hours: If you need to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase and the project has not been initiated, you are eligible for a full refund. This policy is designed to accommodate immediate changes in your plans while allowing us to manage our resources effectively.
Cancellation Without Refund After 24 Hours (Project Not Started): If the 24-hour window has passed and your project has not yet been started, we can still cancel your order. However, in this scenario, a refund cannot be issued. Instead, we will retain the balance as a credit for your next project with us, ensuring that the full amount is applied towards services of equal value on a future date. This policy is intended to offer a fair solution that respects the commitment made by both parties.
Cancellation After Project Initiation: Once a project has been started, we are unable to offer a cancellation or refund. Initiating a project involves the allocation of resources, including the time of our talented design team, which is why we encourage our clients to carefully consider their needs before making a purchase.
